Doordarshan Best Industrial Documentary – New Delhi, India (1991)
A documentary on Hindustan Zinc Limited., titled “Purvajo Ki Dharohar” (Ancestral Heritage) made in 1992, was declared the best Industrial Documentary of the Year, by Doordarshan India.

International TV Festival nomination – Shanghai, China (1993 & 2000)
Two of my documentaries, namely “Shahi Gaadi (Royal Carriage) – A Palace on Wheels” made in 1992 and “The City of Sunrise”, a Documentary on Udaipur made in 2000, were sent as Doordarshan entries for the International TV Festival, held at Shanghai, China, in years 1993 and 2000 respectively.

One of my documentaries titled “Green Gold” a documentary on Arravali Range of Hills, made in 1997 was sent as an entry of Doordarshan for International TV Festival, held in Singapore, in 1997.

Asian Broadcasting Union awards nomination – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2012)
My latest documentary titled “Jal Durg (Water Fortress)” a documentary on gagron fort of Jhalawaar, made in 2011, has been nominated for Asian Broadcasting Union awards, being held at Kuala Lumpur in 2012.
